Breath Medicine: Journeying with Breath
Mind Medicine Australia is pleased to present “Breath Medicine: Journeying with Breath”.
Developed by CPAT’s very own Trudi Hayes & Scott Edwards, Breath Medicine supports exploration of the breath to access expanded states of consciousness, in a way that is deeply aligned with the principles of safe and effective psychedelic therapy. It is relational, trauma-informed & empowers participants to reconnect with the deep wisdom of their own bodies and psyches to support healing and growth.
What to Expect
This workshop unfolds in a small group setting, guided by experienced facilitators who create a safe and supportive space for exploration, connection, and integration.
You’ll be guided through:
- Arrival & orientation – settling into the space, meeting the group, some somatic exercises to prepare ourselves and clarifying your intentions for the journey.
- Breath Medicine journey – a continuous, conscious breathing process accompanied by music, sound, and attuned facilitation.
- Integration & reflection – time for stillness and group sharing to help anchor insights into everyday life.
- The experience is both deeply personal and collectively held — a reminder that healing unfolds within relationship, community, and the living breath itself.
